Successful franchise in your area that you’d start in another region

Pretty straight forward here. Is there a successful (maybe surprisingly successful) franchise in your area that you would open in another area?
In my area there are successful, mattress wholesalers (boxdrop), just4him cuts, a national plumbing business (1Tom), that are crushing it.
I’d love to start a franchise in my area to add to my portfolio but need some ideas. Anything you’d open up if given the opportunity?

ETA: Tampicos and Castalanos out of Morgan City, both in other locations but very limited. I’ll also add Bourgeois meat market in Thibodaux

Only place I've seen one, is in Biloxi at the Hard Rock.
Think Subway, but pizza instead of sandwiches. Pretty good, and fast. A city location, downtown would do pretty damned good for the lunch time crowd.

My buddy owns a few Asian noodle shops up in VA. Bowls are damn near 27 bucks and the lines stay out the door.
