I was most likely sleeping that night. This guy was tripping balls and having threesomes. They say the best way to travel is to immerse yourself into the local culture. 10/10 performance for sure.

I thought narcan for drug overdoses was basically like spinach for Popeye
They used it for coke in pulp fiction. I thought crack was basically coke
ETA: it just occurred to me Uma sniffed heroin thinking it was cocaine! I feel like such a failure

True, BRPD wouldn’t comment to her to give them heir side, but she didn’t play devils advocate in her report. She strictly told the story from the wife’s POV.

No sir. It only works on opiates. That's why other non opiate painkillers are more insidious.
This drug is awfully bad for you if you don't OD on it. But if you do OD on Xylazine, narcan will not work.
Xylazine is being mixed with Fentanyl and is really bad for you

Narcan (naloxone) is for opioids only. However more potent opioids (fentanyl) may require Narcan doses that exceed the amount typically prescribed in auto-injectors or nasal sprays. And if they've arrested, it may need to be administered IV and accompanied by chest compressions to get to where it needs to go. And once they're dead, they're dead.
In Pulp Fiction they used adrenalin (which we call epinephrine in the US). That's standard for anyone in cardiac arrest to help increase coronary artery blood flow and raise blood pressure and heart squeeze. It won't reverse opioids effect of not breathing. And it's not typically injected into the heart, but that scene was wild.
