No clue but good for him. Maybe he's a gambler and TX is, well....TX. But any money pumped into DT Shreveport could be a good thing as it's pretty ghetto, very poor. Much scarier that DT BR at night. Cross that political river and BC is a different story.
A lot of kids go to Catholic Primary school and they go to non-Catholic HS. UHigh, Dunham, and Episcopal get the majority I reckon, though I know of some doing BR High for Magnet, and other public high schools, namely Dutchtown/Central/Denham-ZACHARY.
Is Silliman still around? Only wondering as there were several noticed who commuted from SF to Catholic Elem schools.

ATT is full of it and grossly underplaying the amount of people affected.
This is probably a 'test' of our satellite vulnerabilities and it's not looking good.
