From what I gather Josh flew in from Tennessee and this guy is from Georgia. They were both working on the same project and had a meeting (assuming) with the builder/foreman/owner. They probably flew in at the same time and rented one car.

That is correct but they said Millard rented the car. Seems as if the guy from TN would have just Uber’d to the airport and not return someone else’s car especially since he was missing. The rental car might have been looked at as possible evidence in his disappearance. Just seems odd someone else returns your rental. Too much stuff not adding up.

Is Josh definitely clean in this?

If my gal found out via the news that I went to the Penthouse, I'd probably be safer in a crack house

No one is considered clean in this. Too many conflicting stories and purposely left out info.

First it was stated they went to LSU game then happys. Now it’s changed to went to happys, then LSU game, then penthouse then happys again.

Sounds very odd to me. How did the other guy get the keys?

Was the other guy staying at the same hotel since they were both there from out of town? If so, why did the other guy go to the job site first? Why didn't they go together?

Were they pictured in the hotel together because they were staying on the same floor?

How long were they actually at the game?

What were the transactions at the ATMs? What, in particular, were the last transactions before the card was cut off and where were they made?

What time did the other guy leave Happy's? Did he walk to the hotel or take an Uber/Lyft elsewhere?

So many unanswered questions....

I think it's a plausible possibility. After Miller left his client at the end of the evening (after the 2nd Happys trip), the dude is apparently on video from a couple of ATMs getting cash and checking his balance, the last one being the ATM at the Greyhound depot.

I know the cheap arse company I work for makes us room together if we travel out of town. Maybe it was something like that or they were both staying at the some hotel. Do we know if they work for the same company or were just working on the same project together?

Different companies working on same project. Lived in different states so they did not stay in the same rooms. Maybe the same hotel but not same room.

I wonder if these two guys go back a long way.

It does appear that he "supports" several stories about rehab and recovery. Also a member of several apartment and multifamily housing associations. Probably was supposed to be at some worksite of a new apartment complex in Baton Rouge.

Why would anybody stay at an LSU men’s BB game for more than 5 minutes this year

This was obvious from the start. If he was killed in BR they’d just leave him on the street. This guy probably had some skeletons like every other “shocking” disappearance case. This dude likely either killed himself or planned his disappearance.

Sounds like he’s on a 3 week bender, he’ll either surface alive when he gets arrested for they’ll find his body, either murdered or OD’d from partying too hard after years of soberiety

You don’t think there’s a possibility tPOS shoved the guy into a trunk of a car, drove to some shithole off of Scenic Hwy, killed him, then dumped the body?
