Drank, I predate those (OJC/ODS) and they were shorter and certainly less "impactful". I wish you well, and if you need to talk reach out to brothers you know IRL.

When shite like that happens to me I remember being in a shitty ruck march, we’ve all done it.

Put the left foot in front of the right foot, the the right in front of the left. Keep doing that until there are no more steps to take.

My fighting hole buddy just came down for mardi gras and I won’t lie it was therapeutic to talk about everything we saw out there. I blocked out so much stuff it’s crazy. We both are dealing with a lot if the same things. Looks like these issues are here for life unfortunately. Keep your head up bro. I was out there from Jan-june 2003. One of the first Marine units to push through.
