China's Xi preparing to visit Moscow for summit with Putin

What is the differecnce between a meeting and a summit? It seems the word summit has been used so much regarding politicians that whatever it means has been watered down to nothing.

Maybe Xi JinPing can advise him on why his most recent ICBM test failed during our Leftist marionette's visit and photo-op over in the Ukraine.
We are surmising it failed since Putin didn't include it in his State of Bolshevism address.
Since generally when Russia's tests are successful we hear about it from a proud Putin once again drifting into his false threat posture.

That's not going to happen. China wants to help Russia in it's goal of taking back it former territories. China wants to isolate the west and Russia is a convenient tool that speeds that up for them.
This strategy is a win win for China.
