I never see anyone in the parking lots and they’re everywhere.
I don’t even know wtf CBD is? Like legal non potent weed? Who buys this crap? And why do you need a store? Couldn’t you just order your trashy vape stuff online?

Average vape shop has $29k in sales with a 40% margin. Pay a kid $15 an hour to sit behind the counter and you can clear $100k per location per year.
Horrible, horrible business.

They’re a front for selling illegal drugs out the back.
Allegedly.

So we will use logic here. It is because they make a profit.

Cancer patients, it help with the nausea from chemo. My dog takes CBD treats to help with her joint pain because shes a 13 year old lab mix.

Because not everyone buys online.
Hope this helps.

You don't know what CBD is? Whose fault is that? It takes a simple google search to educate yourself on that one.

I’m curious how many flip to dispensaries once THC is legalized in their areas as well.
Makes sense to buy up a bunch of real estate if you think legalization may happen and already have a set up for dispensing.

There is a lot of off premises sales off the books in cash. Here in StTammany a bunch of Jordanians just got pinched for "underage" sales. Read marijuana

The parking lots at the porn shops aren't exactly overflowing either, yet they remain in business at the same location year after year after year.
Vape shops in Georgia frequently carry Delta-8/10 and Delta-9 gummies to boost business. Weed hasn't been legalized here (yet), but there's a loophole in an agricultural bill that was passed a couple years ago that allows the sale of certain hemp based products whose THC content is below a certain threshold. So, adding that to their inventory, they bring in a slightly larger client base.
A lot of the folks who own the vape shops are the owners of the shopping strips with four or five stores total in the collection. Say the owner has five spaces available but has only leased out three. He's not going to make enough from his tenants to make the note that HE has to pay to his creditors who loaned him the money to build the strip center. So, until he can find another couple clients to fill it, he'll open up one of the spaces as a vape shop to help fill in the void to cover his note to the bank on the property. This happens all the time in Atlanta and the surrounding counties. Ownership of these new little strip centers changes pretty frequently as well for obvious reasons.

They also sell Delta 8 and Delta 9.
Good stuff. You should try it.

When I pass through the LSU campus damn near every 18-25 year old is sucking on those little plastic peckers. So many adults have swapped cigarettes for the vapes. The market is huge. That’s how they stay in business.
