It's amazing how so many still don't get it.
Washington DC is a big, money making machine. Those who check in, generally check out rich and with soft lucrative landings in corporate America or broadcasting until retirement. Few enter DC who have made themselves in the private sector, unless as a lawyer. It's a giant scam on the American people. They pretend to squabble along their disingenuous party lines. They hold "investigations" where no one gets punished and pass empty condemnations in congress. The only thing they "do" is print money and wage war.
Trump jumped into this world primarily to satisfy his well documented ego. He didn't play their game. He saw the big hands-off issues neither party would touch and he went at them head-on. Rather than the usual passive aggressive shots through corporate media intermediaries, Trump went at his opponents directly. He wanted to call himself Mr. President, but for many who voted for him, Trump was a big wrench thrown into the spokes of a runaway wagon carrying all of us into a brick wall. Now people want him to act like a politician and play by DC rules as if "Donald Trump" was, in all his notoriety, the one public figure conservative voters had always been waiting on.
Trump was a middle finger to a corrupt, unrepairable system and that's what he remains. DeSantis is Paul Ryan or Marco Rubio or Mitt Romney or W Bush or the countless lying reptiles who made a lot of noise until they stepped foot in DC, then their real colors came out. Arguing over the "most electable" republican is like arguing what's the best color dinner jacket to wrestle a grizzly bear in.

I’m grateful for the 3 Republican Justices, though they have their flaws, it’s better than 3 new Ruth’s, but he fumbled the ball during COVID and should have immediately fired Fauci. He played right into the democrats hands all to be “re-elected,” but still lost. His motto was drain the swamp, but didn’t drain any of the governmental healthcare swamp when we really needed him too.

Agreed the RDS attacks are puzzling and not helpful. But there was simply no logical reason to vote for Joe. Sitting out the vote or third party, I struggle to even see doing that.

No. Trump is still saying and doing inexplicable things….things that don’t sit well with America First patriots…..he’ll still get my vote if he’s the nominee 100%.

Just curious with the RDS vs. Trump back and forth here. For me personally, I think Trump did some great things. His biggest enemy is his mouth. Going after RDS is counterproductive for him to where now I can see why people on the fence didn't vote for him in 2020. I don't agree with their choice, but I can still see it.
all those things for me. i voted for him in 2020 and would again if he wins primary but i have anther huge issue
he is old as frick and completely out of touch with reality of the normal middle and upper middle class. way out of touch.

No but I don’t want him to win the nomination
Past 80 is too old to be CIC in the White House.
He is 77 in June so by June 2025, which is less than 6 months in office, he is 81.

Maybe when he sold Pokémon cards with his head photoshopped on Sly Stallone’s body wearing a superhero suit. That ain’t the stuff of sanity

My opinion of Trump has remained about the same since 2016. My opinion of the establishment and the corrupt opinion of DC has gone down considerably. I believe that our intelligence, revenue, and federal law enforcement agencies have been politicized and are corrupt as hell.
It will take Trump, or someone like Trump to clean it up. It certainly is not Kevin McCarthy or Mitch McConnell. I will take him, warts and all, every single day, and twice on Sundays.
I have a high level of faith that Trump is not part of the deep state/establishment. I do not have that same level of faith in Ron DeSantis, and he is my governor.

I voted on him twice.
Mostly bc the other choice was communism.
Now I’d vote FOR him.
At least he’s honest.

Still like his America First ideals but hope he doesn't run because there is no way he can win and we'd be stuck with the Potato or worse.

My support for him has increased. I hated him in 2016. After 2020 and 2022 that’s my dawg. frick everyone else unless they’re ready to Buck the establishment. If the establishment/Deep State (Cheney mob) hates them, liberals hate them and the media is blatantly against them, only then can I support a candidate. I’m done with the uniparty.

I have always thought Trump was a clown. I voted for him in 2020 because Biden is a disaster. I wrote in my dog back in 2016. He would have done a better job than Billary, Trump or Brandon.
I really hope I don't have to vote for him in 2024.

NO.
Donald Trump has done everything I hoped he'd do. Among the many things he's done? He singlehandedly regained the respect of our allies and enemies. The Germans laughed at him during his UN speech when he warned them about Putin. They're not laughing anymore.
We had four years of peace during President Trump's years in office. Now we're on the verge of WWIII. Creepy Joe Biden even said he was against sending tanks to Ukraine before he was for sending tanks to Ukraine. Even the crook Biden says this escalation will trigger WWIII.

Could not be because of something the God emperor did...Must be the liberal media, stupid housewives who love abortion, RINOs, etc...
True believers don't buy into personal responsibility. They justify their actions, no matter how ridiculous, as advancing "The Cause"

No, he is still the best President this country has ever had and is still my President. I vote for results not social graces.
