FL Gop Rep in DAVOS: "Illegal Aliens Are Owed Amnesty" in the USA!

Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL) lectured Americans while in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting, urging them to accept amnesty for the nation’s 11 to 22 million illegal aliens.
During a panel discussion alongside Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV), Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), and others, Salazar said some form of amnesty is necessary for illegal aliens living across the United States. She said:

We need to also give dignity to those people who are in the country and those are the people that I represent. We’re talking about 13 to 15 million people — who are, most of them, Hispanics, I would say 85 percent who speak my language, look like me, and sound like me — who are contributing to the economy of this country and they live in the shadows.
“So it’s time to seal the border … let’s see who comes in and who doesn’t and then turn around and give dignity
quote:
Last year, Salazar joined six other House Republicans in unveiling an amnesty plan that would have allowed illegal aliens to secure 10-year work permits to hold American jobs before then applying for green cards to permanently reside in the U.S.
An amnesty for illegal aliens, which would hugely inflate the U.S. labor market and likely spur more vast waves of illegal immigration, is critical for many of Salazar’s largest donors, who include real estate developers looking to build more housing and Wall Street-linked financial firms focused on driving up the number of consumers and available workers.

If you have to travel to Europe to tell America what policies it needs to implement, you shouldn't hold public office in the US. That sucks too, because I briefly thought we had a decent one, here. Damn shame.

Question to this board:
Would you accept amnesty for a secure border if that was the deal?
Build the wall, place guards at it, no anchor babies, but path to citizenship for illegals?

I do not agree with amnesty but we are entering a period where we will be short 900,000 workers per year for around a decade with all the boomers retiring. While I celebrate their departure, we have to look at the effect this kind of labor shortage will have on our economy. It will just compound an already brewing labor based inflation. Someone has to come up with a creative solution that doesn’t reward law breakers, but we need a solution fast. Lawmakers have to stop kicking this shite down the road.

No.
I also would allow squatters to move into my house just to be able to lock my front door.

The bleeding must be stopped at some point.

No.
I would accept the terms you laid out with the exception that there not be a path to citizenship but instead legal residency.

How so?
Would the squatters having jobs help relax your disapproval?

Why is our government making it so hard for our own people to reproduce and make more children how we used to?
Yes, alot of it is being pushed through the culture. But you can't deny that nearly every government policy being pushed is designed for Americans to have less babies, or even flat out kill the babies in many instances.
