Building the integrity of the team. Shows everyone involved that what you do when no one is watching is just as important as when you’re handling your responsibilities on the field.

He was paid to build and sustain a championship level program which he failed miserably at. Im still shocked how quickly Special Ed killed all the progress from the greatest season in college football history.

Orgeron was like having an interim coach for 5 seasons. Not a surprise the players didn't care about school.
