Then Will Wade took over a total dumpster fire of a program, went 8-10 in the SEC his first season, and made the 2nd rd of the NIT. He was fighting mad every step of the way, and his players were running through brick walls for him. He shook the Blue Bloods of CBB to their core, and the long knives were out for him from that day forward.

Woodard could have stood behind The General, and LSU could be a Top 10 team this season. However, we all know what happened.

Will Wade still lives in BR. Man hasn’t left. Let this bum ride the season out, can his arse and bring back our Gangster.

Weren't we 9-9 in the SEC last year then we got our first NCAA notice since the 1990's putting the whole program into limbo?

I'm not sure he could've. Wade's hubris didn't allow it.

Again, all he needed was a burner phone and someone else's checking account besides his wife and he's still the coach.

Didn’t we finish 3rd in the SEC the two years prior to that one bad season?

He also didn’t need to almost literally replace the entire roster late coming in to take over. People forget that.

I remember LSU losing to AUB 100-62 in 1987, and that same team went on to make the Elite Eight.

I’m not saying we’re going to make a deep run in the NCAAT, but blowout losses happen, and I believe this team can still be competitive in SEC play. Just relax and be patient with this team.

Scott Woodward did some great things for us. But if running him off could get us the general back, get the pink slip ready.
