I have a feeder 85 yards from the fence line. I thought it was 100 but was wrong. They called MS wildlife to complain. The se people have my number and could have called me. I have spoken to them before and thought the call was cordial.

The feeder hasn’t had anything in it in over a month and didn’t even have a battery. The agent was cool and knows the people are PIA. They call them often on others including the Chief Deputy of the SO.

End of the day I’ll move the feeder and put a sign facing their property saying frick OFF. They also have a camera watching my place in the fence line.

post NO HUNTING / TRESPASSING signs on your boundary line and place several trail cams facing the a-holes property. Fight fire with fire

Some folks are just hard to deal with. They will need something one day for you and have to eat crow .

They are but no one likes them. They are being sued at the moment for some ill advised land management. My property is recreational and I live 50 miles away. I have a few ideas on some things but keeping to myself as to not self incriminate myself.

Be careful. Especially since you live away. The ACSO has always been fair in my experience.
Also, it’s not required but put highly visible Posted signs up along your property lines.

I have 2 things going for me. MS wildlife is a client of mine. I know a lot of their guys and the communication director.

These people are shitbags and no one like them.

One of their guys lives on my road and has similar if not worse experience with the same folks.

I dont know why, just reminded me of an old neighbor.

Dude asked if he could drop a tree on our property. Sure no big deal, he also said we could use his equipment if we ever needed it.

Well he dropped the tree, left it, and never let us use his equipment.

Didnt surprise me though, dude thought he was dying so he bought all his kids TVs back when they were expensive. Well, he didnt die, but he did ask for all those TVs back.

After you move the feeder, can you take a big ole shite in front of their camera as long as it’s on your property? Since they are intent watching your property

That’s precisely where I’d put up a hanging fern.

Most people couldn't tell the 45 foot difference between 85 and 100 yards. Something tells me the neighbor has trespassed on your property to measure that 85 yards.....

You don't live there. They do.

I would be careful about screwing with them.

They have all the opportunities to mess with your property. I had a problem neighbor like that at a fishing camp and we just learned to ignore their existence in lieu of agitating them.

I called MS WL one time. I saw the outlaw come load up the bird seed. He left for 10 minutes with electric buggy. Came back, put the buggy up. He was turkey hunting that morning on the property. I was at the lodge doing a job. It was a saturday and turkey season was open. He said he was coming back sunday. After he left i followed the buggy tracks not far, and on an old woods road i saw a big gobbler in the road picking on the ground. I took photos. Eventually the Tom spotted me and ran. I walked down there spotted the strap of the cam. Snuck up behind cam, turned it off . Was a dark ops. There was the bird seed all scattered in front of the cam. I took photos of all this. I turned the cam back on. I did not have my reader machine to delete his card.
Then i called MDWFP. Met Agent in nearby area . I layed out all the info. Told him not to come in by gate because the black fella across the road would call the owner, who would call the violator. Told him very easy short walk in and place to hide truck, off of MS Hwy ***. Gave him gps lat long of bait. Told him violator was coming in the morning.

Well, he went all off on don’t tell me how to ,,,,, i been a warden xxx years.
I said i am a retired warden. Go do your f in job.

He never showed up. I called him. He said he had other things to do.

Typical modern warden. I should have called Jackson.
