If truly is a shame: for the victims, the families, and the officer(and his family) whom I’m sure didn’t mean to take those poor kids lives: they will have to live with tragedy for the rest of their lives.

No doubt. I know the officer's act wasn't intentional but it was probably reckless, which a grand jury and jury must decide. Prayers to all involved

I’m sure there is such. I believe they did it because they could.

I wonder how fast he was going? By the time he left to join the chase it wasn't even in his jurisdiction. He flew through a red light. His best bet is to take a plea, more than likely.

I'm sure it will eventually be reported but I haven't seen that anywhere yet

Based on witnesses they said it appeared to be 85-95+ bc he blew through the light.

You're so full of shite. The 'charge' was a way for law enforcement to let the grand jury decide so they didn't look apathetic about the passed out dopehead. And that grand jury ended up giving him a fricking ticket. Why? Because there was NO evidence she was turning or had her lights on. But there are MULTIPLE witnesses who saw her vehicle parked with no lights on and her sleeping at the wheel minutes before she was hit. The cop was stupid but that chick was no innocent driver on the road. she was a passed out dopehead.

That’s not true. You are full of shite bc you just fell for the lies that LP was pushing on FB. She had just left her night shift at Home Depot and was on her way home. She was not a dope head passed out. There were not any witnesses saying that. People were just repeating the false comments they had read. The dashcam proved it was all a lie and she was stopped in the turning lane with her lights and blinker.

The cop admitted that he never tapped the brake bc he was looking at his laptop while going 90mph.

Both drivers tested positive for amphetamine, state police said. Winburn told troopers he is prescribed Adderall. A blood test performed on Estave also revealed she had a blood alcohol level of 0.16 percent, LSP’s documents revealed.

Numerous coworkers were commenting that she had worked the night shift with them and was just fine. I guess she chugged some right after work.

The whole point though is that she was killed bc of the reckless actions of a cop.

I just made the mistake of looking up the girls' parents on Facebook. Absolutely heartbreaking. They both seem like model families.

I cannot even imagine how their parents are feeling right now. Enjoying a Saturday morning on New Year's Eve and seconds later some dumbass takes it all from you.

Why the hell is an adult on adderall, unless they are narcoleptic?
