Quick Google search, it's from St. Patrick's day this year. Jill Jacob's original family name was Giacoppa. Her great grandfather "Americanized" their name when they immigrated. So Donald Jacobs "Italian" name would have been Dominic Giacoppa.
It's a joke he's made before in 2013. I don't really get it seeing as Donald was a second generation American born and was never Dominic. But for clarity sake, he didn't just give some rando incorrect name
