You can load or not load, long term makes no difference. Doesn’t really matter when you take it

And it doesn’t make you hard as duck like sir shite head said

What's the cheapest site out there? Seems like creatine went up 1700% since the last time I bought it.

To be honest someone just told me to start, what’s the benefits. My understanding was just energy/muscle growth

Doesn’t matter when you take it just take it daily. I mix mine with my preworkout so I usually end up forgetting to take it in days I don’t lift. Just add it to something because it tastes awful by itself

Any recs on the caps? Need something easy on the stomach. Also, do you take this shite forever or is there a window of benefit?

Not to be a dick, because 777 already answered your questions, but wouldn't you want to know what the supplement does before you buy it and begin taking it?

I used to get stomach issues with creatine but I started mixing it with hot water and never had an issue again. I think the hot water helps the powder dissolve and seems to make it much easier on digestion

I put mine with beta alanine and BCAAs in my 1l preworkout bottle and drink it as I’m starting out lifting. I follow that with another liter of water for the second half of workout usually. I only have GI issues with creatine if I’m dehydrated.

Same here. I mix with morning coffee (decaf) and no issues
