Mine is when we are having a tricky INTERNAL technical discussion via email trying to address something dumb a bone-headed customer did and some asshat .. usually in sales.. adds the customer to the thread because they are too dumb to realize we've been calling the customer out in our discussion.

Microsoft needs a way to alert you when someone adds an external email address to an ongoing discussion.

When a customer asks for unsalted fries in order to try and game the system to get fresh fries.. we don’t give a shite and often just put reg fries in the bag.

Plenty of them.

But one is when someone sends an email asking about something that they could have so very easily figured out by themselves in a fraction of the time spent sending an email by clicking a few buttons.

When you are slammed and knee deep in a problem trying to troubleshoot and/or resolve it, and some impatient asshat wants to pick that particular time to hit you up for something completely unnecessary. And then he/she has a little temper tantrum that you tell them you'll get to it later because you're a little busy.

That meeting that could've just been an email.

Right now it's people badgering the frick out of me to use my first-floor office for a client they scheduled that can't go up the stairs to their second-floor office. And wanting to swap at the last minute. Had to get shitty with a newer coworker who wanted to switch after I had already started a session with a client (and interrupted the session). Do better, y'all.

Female coworkers taking retaliatory sick days.

If you've worked with women, you know what I'm talking about.

Jane takes a sick day, thereby forcing Sarah to cover some of her work. So later that week, Sarah takes a sick day - even though she's not really sick - just to stick it back to Jane.

Meanwhile, everyone else in the office whose maturity is beyond that of a petty child is stuck covering the work for multiple coworkers.

Coworkers who come in when you are on the phone, clearly see you are on the phone, and proceed to sit there like a tard instead of coming back later or sending an email about whatever he/she wanted.
