Female coworkers taking retaliatory sick days.
If you've worked with women, you know what I'm talking about.
Jane takes a sick day, thereby forcing Sarah to cover some of her work. So later that week, Sarah takes a sick day - even though she's not really sick - just to stick it back to Jane.
Meanwhile, everyone else in the office whose maturity is beyond that of a petty child is stuck covering the work for multiple coworkers.

Coworkers who come in when you are on the phone, clearly see you are on the phone, and proceed to sit there like a tard instead of coming back later or sending an email about whatever he/she wanted.

guys go after other guys on the quality of the job they've done or if they screwed up something.
girls..lord have mercy. its like they see the office as an extension of teenage girl cat fights. having managed many of them over the years i can say without a doubt 90% of the time they were complaining about something totally unrelated to the business at hand.
girls are vicious.

People that email you then proceed to immediately walk into your office to discuss the e-mail. Some of them have offices so close that they are in my office before the e-mail hits my Inbox

People who CC me on emails in hopes it will spurn their subordinates to do whatever their asking. I'm slowly eliminating those people because they lack leadership and they're tattletales.

Executives always trying to plan events and happy hours and putting it on management to get people to show up.
Nobody wants to hang out with co-workers for ‘fun’. People have families and other responsibilities.

Clients who answer their cell phone during a consultation (especially if they start blathering away).

when someone overstays their welcome at my office door.
if you are hanging there chatting after a few minutes and i start typing away at something then it means I'm busy, frick off.
