Should Trump just start the MAGA party?

Would he just be better off not fighting with DeSantis NOW, and just steel all the Thunder by creating his own party?
If you don't think so.. Do you see any way TRUMP accepts a loss to DeSantis in the Primary, and doesn't run as a 3rd. Why even have the fight?

Election laws at the state level are written so that its extremely difficult to get a 3rd party candidate on the ballot. It varies from state to state but is hard to run as something other than R or D for federal elections.

No.
He would have no infrastructure (the GOP infrastructure and name help him a LOT) and would have a terrible label (MAGA hasn't been successful across the country)
