That was a great game last night….many tense moments for both teams…

I just hope he's spending all day before the game tomorrow with Dr. Goodthoughts

It truly is sad how the MLB and the disreputable baseball media spent the last 5 years leaning into the "cheating" story and instead they're missing out on promoting the greatness of this Astros run. They could have added a massive population base to the MLB target market by promoting the Astros across the south. What did we get in place of that? More pandering to the petulant children on the coasts from the coastal writers who obsess over :purity".
Jomboy launched his media company on the foundation of a massive lie regarding the Tuve and the Astros. He fed the bullshite and led to it being dragged out for the past 5 years along with MLB snobs like Joel Sherman, Buster and even Tom Verducci.
You're correct a massive miss for MLB. Manfred is a huge part of the problem. The worst commissioner among the big 4 American pro leagues.

I think tomorrow is another really tight game like last night. Wheeler is a notch above Nola as far as ability and stuff and I have a hard time seeing him struggle again. I like our chances in those types of games though
We are one proper Frambering away from a championship...just need a little help from the bats.

Major omissions from The Athletic on your list:
Evan Drellich
Ken Rosenthal
Andy McCullough
Marc Carig
McCullough tried to talk to Altuve last year in Kansas City, and Altuve wouldn’t talk to him.
The pathetic Athletic, now owned by The New York Times, has gone since early May without dedicating a beat writer to a team that has won the AL pennant in four of the last six years. But the Reds and Pirates have beat writers.

This needs be banned from the DAT, right along with lame trash can jokes, dumbnuts disrespecting Kate's arse by calling it flat, every cub fan, and anyone with a TD username that rhymes with Sir Winston.
Speaking of which...that tzimmer frick-face has been noticeably absent since his "Phillies in 5" pick went to shite the night of the no-hitter.

I like John Smoltz. His breakdowns in pitching and at bats are really great. But this has really been difficult to watch.
Dodger Boy makes it impossible to watch . FOX should have paired Burkhardt with Smoltz

Both Davis and Smoltz talk too much. Just let the broadcast breathe.

I want Framber to have his moment tomorrow. What a guy to root for.
I thought it was funny that he was cracking up that Yed got smoked by that 100 mph fastball in game 4.

That was funny. It was the same reaction my son's team has when one of them get hit.
It shows they still have fun playing a game.

100% the roaches will be back.
In the off chance Phillies win tomorrow night, they’ll be back to spread their thread-aids.
If Astros win tomorrow night, I expect them to be back and follow the narrative:
— a 6 seed wild card team took them to game 6.
— of course they won, they were the favorites. You guys are too sensitive, we all knew the Phillies would lose.
— they’re still cheaters.
Most likely, the roaches will run with all 3, because they are *that* original.
ETA: Chas left a lasting impression on the Phillies.

Anyone else anticipating Dusty coming out and saying they’re gonna start Lance if it goes to game 7?

The only 7 that will be discussed will be the 7 HRs the Astros hit tomorrow.
Altuve,2
Alvarez, 2
Bregman, 1
Tucker, 1
Maldonado, 1

Gotta be Urquidy with all other hands on deck. Except Frambaw who will be tured coming off a CGSO in game 6 making it all a moot point.

A World Series hasn't been won on a home field since 2013. Seems like an oddity. Only twice since 2008
