Honest question. Is he reaping rewards of stacked talent getting healthy or is he honestly doing a masterful job of blending these puzzle pieces together? Reality is both but how much credit and recognition should he be getting now?

It's both. Phil had Jordan and pippen and Shaq and Kobe.

A whole lot. He has this team of talented players playing team ball. Committing to defense. 31 assists!!!

A lot of the vibes of this team is because of Willy, so plenty of credit to him. Also the front office looks really really good right now.

I've never seen a professional team have this kinda camaraderie.

A lot.

While this team is talented, their best attribute is the culture. And that’s Willie.

Absolutely. His rotations in game 1 were a thing of absolute beauty.

He got the team to buy into playing defense. That's something the past 2 guys couldn't do. He deserves a ton of credit. His offensive mind is underrated. He's really a good balance between Xs and Os and motivator while allowing guys to play their game. He's not out there trying to rebuild thir game or forcing them into a box. He's enabling these guys to do what they know they do best and finding ways to make it fit together.

New Orleans is extremely lucky to have him.

Josh Hart literally thought about quitting basketball while playing for Stan. BI HATED it.

Willie has these guys loving life.

Do you remember the shitty coaches prior to coach Green? Those players love and respect him.

Willie had great rotations and called great time outs. If he keeps that up he will win us a lot of games
