Not a legitimate list without Popeyes.

Chic Fil A order will be 100% right.

The Taco Bell on College is a well oiled machine.

The chick fil a next to it is a massive clusterfrick with its drive thru/parking layout.

They must be measuring from the back of the line.

Chick-fil-A has slowest drive-thru service times, report finds

Semantics is important in this report. No, it did not find that CFA was the slowest. In fact, CFA moved the fastest according to their data.

The QSR report required customers to supply the data. Customers counted the cars in front of them and started a stopwatch when they pulled into the drive-thru line. Because of the popularity of CFA, customers had to wait in line longer, but the line actually moved faster than others.

quote:

Another way to look at it is average total time by cars in line. The script changes, reflecting what felt true on the ground—that Chick-fil-A was moving those massive lines in a hurry:

1. Chick-fil-A: 107.41 (seconds)
2. McDonald's: 118
3. Taco Bell: 127.58
4. Arby's: 139.92
5. Dunkin': 140.21
6. Wendy's: 141.67
7. Burger King: 147.43
8. KFC: 142.84
9. Hardee's: 180.21
10. Carl's Jr. 193.6

Idk about all of those, taco bell is generally fast but their product has become shittier.

And I know McDonald’s have had double drive thrus for a while.

quote:

1. Chick-fil-A: 107.41 (seconds) 2. McDonald's: 118 3. Taco Bell: 127.58

My assumptions seemed to be spot on, those are the only two I could see being close.

No way in hell this is accurate. The average Chick-Fil-A moves through twice the cars in half the time as your average other fast food place. Someone is playing with the numbers here.

I think we know why this article put a negative spin on Chick-fil-a and it’s not because of slow drive-thru service

Complete bullshite. This is why McDonald’s, Taco Bell, etc tell you to “pull up and wait” because they’re timed on how fast they cars get through the line. I’m betting this heavily skews the study

McDonald's has no excuse for being so slow, but I want them to tell me, "It will be two or three minutes for fries. There are two of them in Ruston. The one south of I-20 was better before they got a new manager. The new guy pushes his crews faster, and harder. They never run out of fries, which sucks, because they sit and get more greasy by the time you get them. The employees there used to be more friendly. Now they're too busy to be nice.

Wendy's is slower because they don't precook anything.

In the 60's and 70's Burger King didn't pre-cook. The hamburger patty went across the flame grill right behind the workers that took your order while you waited. Now they cook them up, keep them in a big vat, throw them in the microwave to heat them, slap on the dressings and give them to you. Whoopers were great back in the day.
