Predict what New Orleans will look like in 100 years.

Here's a picture of Canal Street in the 1920s.


It's been on a downward slope for the past 100 years. As the years increase (x axis) quality and safety decrease (y axis).


Everyone knows what it looks like today, in the 2020s.

So, post pictures of your predictions for 2120. I assume it will follow the trend line, but curious to see what you can come up with.
