Which is more likely to get you out of jury duty?

Saying that you will just pick whichever result everyone else picks so you can go home faster? Or saying that you are antagonistic by nature and will always disagree with the concensus?

I just told them that I was managing a project that was going live the week that they wanted me to show up. They said they’d re-schedule me and I never heard back from them.

Ask them if they can reschedule you into December. Nothing goes to trial around the holidays.

Here's a hint for avoiding jury duty in LA altogether: Do NOT register to vote.
They select jurors by voter registration, no registration = no records to pull your name from.
It's not like your vote matters anyway, politicians gonna do politician things regardless of voter desires.

I sat through a jury selection recently. Basically say you hate cops and they’ll kick you out. The judge did make one guy stay the whole day because it was obvious what he was trying to do.

You know what got me out of jury duty? Telling the truth.
It was a mesothelioma case regarding asbestos. As soon as the paralegals heard what I did for my job....they all started writing. I got cut by the first break.
What do I do? I'm a systems safety engineer with pipefitting experience. They wanted no part of that. They wanted people that could only think about what they said in court, not people who had real life experiences as the plaintiff.

All this board does is bitch about attorneys and especially ambulance chasers. Why don’t you perform your civic duty so that there isn’t 6-12 dumbass jurors
