What has happened to this once proud company? Mr Charlie would be embarrassed and in shame with the quality of his stores. The absolute worst is Jones Creek/Coursey.

I find myself going out of my way to find Krampme McDonalds to avoid Valuzzo ones

I thought the Valuzzo's sold out? Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I heard that within the last few years.

I seriously can not remember the last time I went to a McDonald’s, maybe you should stop going as well?

I might eat McDonald's 3 or 4 times a year. I know that I will starve before I ever stop at the one on O'Neal again.

I used to like McDonald’s but over the last little bit it has gone off a cliff. The only thing I liked were the quarter pounders but since they switched to the new patty they are so salty they are nearly inedible.

Valuzzo needs to look into hiring from south of the border. The middle aged Mexican women that work at all the DFW McDonald's never get my order wrong, aren't rude, and they walk faster than 1mph.

They have adopted Burker Kings hiring and training practices. Absolute ghetto trash staffing. I ran through the drive thru on Sherwood last week to get a tea and the rap music coming from the kitchen was so loud I could hear it through the closed drive thru window. Absolutely pathetic.

Any franchise is only as good as how much time is invested in store by the franchise owner.

This is why CFA is so good with customer service in comparison to their competition.

They sold out to a family out of Lafayette that owns several McDonald’s. That was about 3 years ago. His son, I believe his name is John, had broken off several years ago opening and buying his own McDonald’s. So the McDonald’s you are not happy with do not belong to Mr. Charlie.

Gets kind of tricky, because both franchisees had used Valluzzo in their name.
