Please only post relevant information about the Hurricane, any updates you have from around the area, if you need any kind of help, or if you have a serious question about the storm.

All other posts should remain in the Observation thread (the original Ian Thread).

Anyone still in the area or those who evacuated follow @NWSTampaBay on Twitter. It will be the most efficient way to get information.

Also, @LeeEOC (Emergency Operations Center for Lee County)

We are heading somewhere to help feed. Not sure where yet.

www.heretoserveinc.org

I will update when we know.

Alphaandomegatd@gmail.com

Edit: most of our contacts were in northern Florida and didn’t have terrible damage.

Anyone have contact info for people in the St Augustine to Daytona beach areas?

If so please email me at the above gmail address

Thanks.

For those who are not in the area and may want to help, we have a poster (alphaandomega — hope I got that right) who will be headed to florida with a team to feed people hot meals.

I’ve donated twice — here’s the link.

Here To Serve, Inc

He hasnt asked that I share this but many of us want to help and many of us have been on the receiving end. They were in Gonzales after Ida.

Watch for his updates of where they’ll be.

Serious question... what are the odds that this a-hole doesn't make the North turn on Friday up through SC/NC and instead hugs the coast and then out to sea?

ABC Action News Live

I follow Denis Phillips. He is very good. They are live and covering more than just the Tampa area since they have viewers outside the area who are live streaming them.

Particulars down the line (after Florida) were covered in the NHC link in my last post in this thread. They touched on that pretty well on their live briefing.

Any idea where those living in the impacted area can find gas and propane? I assume the big box stores will have propane? Once they open but my sister asked and I wouldn’t have a clue
