Are Super Charging Stations hurricane proof?

Hey do you think it's harder to find gas or electricity in Tampa right now?

Then after the storm passes do you think you will be able to get gas anywhere unless they also have electricity (even if the station is on a generator)?

So people buying EVs triggers you huh... No surprise.

I know we aren't ready to have a substantial amount of EVs on the road, but I don't have one and the problems that those that do have to deal with are just that... Their problems.

Most people with EV’s also have a regular gas powered vehicle as well. So if they think they will have problems charging on the road, they can take the gas car.

I'm not an EV fan at all but people who post shite like this are incredibly ignorant.
Do some research about how SuperChargers were powered during Ida. Then delete this dumb shite.

I'm sure that roadside assistance will bring them a couple gallons of electricity if they get stuck on the side of the road.

just charge your vehicle with a natural gas generator, it makes your EV a lot more efficient than charging with natural gas produced power off the grid

The war on electricity is baffling. This place use to love coal miners.

Just plug in into your house. Should have a generator anyway.

I don't understand the sentiment. It will be very easy to make sure your EV is fully charged prior to the storm. How much energy do you need in your vehicle post-storm?

As long as their cybertruck's bed can hold a generator, they never have to stop

Wonder if you can run the basics of your house off a charged vehicle battery? Like fridge and window unit?

Rooftop solar panels rated to 160+. Ready to go as soon as the storm passes and no waiting in lines.

Regarding EV, is the main battery running out after 10 years truly a concern? Never know what to believe anymore but heard they are extremely expensive. I don’t have any opinion on EV vs gas, doesn’t mean much to me but not versed in EVs
