First things first. Let's take care of business with Auburn first.

The LSU Auburn game is always an intense battle. Auburn still has a lot of quality athletes.

Coach Speak: One game at a time.

That 11am UF game last year worked out pretty good for us

Some of the most fun I've had is a bloody mary and mimosa brunch tailgate. Everyone is a little tired, but with the proper pre-game food and lube, all is good.

Just saying these 11A games seem to NEVER work out for the good guys

LSU is 8-0 in 11:00 am kickoff games in Tiger Stadium since the mid 2000’s.

People will piss and moan on here about the time, as is their right, but as long as we don't lay an egg at Auburn I don't believe there will be a large scale sale of tickets. UT is still a big name, will be ranked in the top 10, and it may be a while before they're back in TS again.

I don't know how given the number of threads on the topic today about the start time, but I think you underestimate the level of bitching and complaining LSU fans express regarding ANY game that isn't a night game. The 2018 game vs Georgia was the largest amount of visiting team fans I've ever seen at an LSU home game. UGA was ranked #2 in the nation, a year after playing in the NC game, while LSU was a top 15 team (though coming off a loss to Florida).

Didn't matter

The game was at 2:30 and it was clear LSU fans weren't reluctant to sell their tickets to visiting fans. I don't know if Tennessee fans will have quite the level of demand Georgia fans did that season. But if so, expect to see a TON of orange in TS in two weeks.

Never seen so many cry baby grown men pout about a kickoff time. STFU and just go to the game. Bring your bourbon and enjoy. Jesus.

or dont sell. Go to the game. Stay all 4 quarters.

Exactly! I don’t much care for UT but I’ll tell you what, their house was rocking to the very end Saturday against the Gators.
We have to show them up!!!
Death Valley’s the only place that can show them up in the SEC. GO TO THE GAME!!

I fully expect the stadium to be at least 25% orange. Too many of our fans are not really fans.

Probably will be. Our fanbase isn’t what it once was. It’s actually not even close to what it once was

Maybe if the team didn’t have a sub .500 record across the last 2 seasons our fan base would be more like “what it once was.” Gonna be a lot of orange there. It is what it is. There was gonna be a lot of Tennessee fans there regardless but with an 11 am kickoff, youre fricked in terms of creating an electric atmosphere.

If you ain’t jacked up for this game, I don’t know what to do with you. Top 10 SEC team coming in and we could very well get to 5-1. Stay loud all 4 quarters boys and girls!

Our lazy absentee fanbase makes me worry. Night games end too late. Morning games start too early. Afternoon games are too hot. We need to actually support the team against Tennessee.

They will regret coming in my section. Better head up to the east side to roast your pasty hillbilly skin.

Sell em to me, I'll stay all 4 quarters and lose my voice the following day due to the incessant screaming.

If you sell because its an 11am game you are not a fan and don’t show back up.

LSU fans have never been reluctant to sell their tickets to opposing fans. That said, UGA planned their "Tiger Stadium takeover" a year in advance, similarly to how they did it when they traveled to Notre Dame. Vol fans didn't have that luxury. Unless LSU fans unload their tickets en masse, it won't look anything like the 2018 UGA game.

Will be by half when UT is up 21. Most “LSU Fans” will be heading for the exit.

Vol fans acting very similar to the lead up to the 2000 game. Also a first year for an LSU coach playing his first ranked team at home

UGA thought the same thing in 2018.
