Chicken, how about an OT-funded reward in the Allison Rice case?

There are a lot of OT high-rollers who are hungry to see justice served in this case. You or your appointee can administer the fund to ensure it remains on the up-and-up.

A reward can drive media attention which, in turn, places more pressure on departments to investigate and prosecute.

I don’t disagree with you but we’ve got to do something. There are a lot of well-meaning people on this site. Maybe we can harness our collective energy and resources to make a difference.
