How much debt do you have?

How much are you borrowing from someone at any given time?
For the first time in my adult life, I have zero debt. No mortgage (last payment made this month), no car payment, no loans, no credit card balance. It’s a good feeling.
I know the average American carries quite a bit, but interested to know what the OT carries?

Two mortgages (primary house and rental house) plus misc. credit card debt that is paid off every month to earn reward points.

I have the bulk on a mortgage, 1 car note and 1 student loan. Total is about $250k ish.
We'll be moving next year, and I'll be able to reduce that to only a mortgage with a plan to have it paid off in 8 years, when I'm about 50 ish to get to be completely debt free.

Zero
Really wish I could take out a 10k student loan for my last semester of college that I’m paying out of pocket for

Just mortgage and an SBA (from the 2016 flood). We could pay off the SBA tomorrow but the interest rate is nearly nothing and I would rather have that cash on reserve while the economy craps itself. Once we get out of the upcoming shitstorm we may pay off the SBA then roll those payments into the mortgage.

Same here. 100% debt free allows you to live a great life. I'm 47 and retired.

That ain't no shite. Learning that lesson the hard way. Been debt free for about a year and my score has gone down every month since.

A mortgage I'm about half done paying off. Pay extra towards the principle every month.
And the wife's car note.
That's it.

I have a mortgage and I charge a bit to my card monthly and pay it off for the points ,but I wouldn't consider that debt since it gets paid in full. My wife and I have no real debt other than my mortgage.

just the Honda Odyssey, F350 and the 5th wheel. We were about to build a house until Biden fricked me.
