I now know three people under 45 that have shingles

Am I just now noticing how common this is because I'm getting older and my friends and coworkers are getting older as well? Just anecdotal coincidences and there's no actual increase in shingles in people under 55?
I tried to google my way to the answer but all I got in return was information letting me know the vaccines are safe and effective.

Stress triggers shingles. If you had chicken pox you have it. It just needs awakening.

The mrna vaccines devastate the immune systems of many who take them and it allows old illnesses or injuries to resurface. They also obviously cause deadly clots and have negative efficacy but that won't be admitted for at least another year

I had it a few months ago (under 40)
Doctor said she was seeing people younger and younger coming in with it... she also said the stress from med school made one of her classmates get it when she was 24

My dad had them at 40. I’ve never even had chicken pox so I hope I don’t get that shite.

About 80 ppl in my division. Those with "vaccines" overrepresented in positive/symtomatic Rona.
A baw I went to grad school with is seeing similar with his group in a manufacturing environment.
Relatively small sample sizes 80 and 100 ppl or so. But, I think there might be something to the negative efficacy.
Rona shots might frick up people's immune system.

I was in my early fourties when I had my first mild outbreak. As I get older each outbreak intensifies. It’s always on the same spot; shoulder and neck on my right side. I have one; sometimes two outbreaks a year and it’s reached the point of debilitating. I had the vaccine after my first outbreak but it did nothing. For me, I’m not sure stress is a trigger. One particularly bad outbreak occurred when I was on vacation without a worry in the world. Thanks shingles for fricking that up.

A little more than a year ago I had a, thankfully, mild case. A few weeks ago it felt like I was getting it again so I got the antiviral. It never even got as bad as the original mild case.

I don't think the effects of the vaccine (good or bad) are long-lasting. No way of really knowing that but it seems like the body forgets about it after a year or so, so at least there's that.
Otherwise, I would regret taking it. I'm not taking the new one.

Immune challenges like viruses and vaccines can provoke an outbreak of shingles. This will be interesting down the road.

Herpes zoster related hospitalization after inactivated (CoronaVac) and mRNA (BNT162b2) SARS-CoV-2 vaccination: A self-controlled case series and nested case-control study
This is why young healthy people, especially those who have recovered, should not be taking unnecessary vaccines with unending boosters. No vaccine is without risks.

That’s why people who encouraged their children catching chickenpox through forced contact with others infected were stupid. Chicken pox manifests as shingles later in life.

No. Adults are at far greater risk than children for severe outcomes from a first infection of chickenpox, so it was wise of those mothers to have pox parties for kids. Exposure was the only inoculation available, and even the current (very safe and effective) vaccine is still live, and those vaccinated can have a shingles outbreak 40 years later. That is the whole point of the shingles vaccine. It’s kinda like a booster.
