Exactly. And these juvenile crimes before the kidnapping and armed robbery as an adult are why he should never have been allowed back on the streets in his lifetime. At that point the juvie records should be considered when sentencing.
Does anyone know what the actual sentence was for the armed robbery/kidnapping? He served 20-22 years, so was he paroled or what?

Apparently this crime scene is adjacent to the brother’s apartment complex, where perp had been scene cleaning cat interior.

I had friends who were involved in petty vandalism as early teens, myself included. The apex of my life of crime was stealing a watermelon from an ice chest in the driveway of the JP DA's house on 4th of July. We then proceeded to eat the watermelon in a vacant lot about 3 or 4 houses away and then throwing the rinds at passing cars from the high grass.
We shot out some street lights with our sling shots and pellet guns and generally did Metairie "hood rat" shite. But we certainly weren't kidnapping anybody at 16, and if we had, I'd like to think after 20 years in prison we would have learned the error of our ways.

I hope they find her body so that her family can bury her. What a senseless crime. She was out exercising, being a good wife and mother and this animal comes out of nowhere to completely wreck her entire family. Those poor children will never really know their mother.
