How can anyone defend Deshaun Watson after reading the victims testimonies?

The dude comes off like a sociopath with an addiction to voyeurism which so happens to be massages and yoga instructors. I've seen browns fans call the victims attention seekers and women looking for money. It's like they didn't even bother reading the court evidence. The dude sexually harrassed over 60 women - it's creepy af that people can't distinct sex workers from actual physical therapy

What's with Browns fans coming to his defense? Also why did the NFL wait a year to do something?

This is a pretty common thing for all fan bases when a player on their team is in trouble. Not sure why you’re surprised.

Don't see where voyeurism fits in all this if he was participating.

Professional sports in the USA is certainly the wrong place to expect to find Virtue, Truth and Patriotism - except in perhaps isolated cases.

Not to derail. But I don't understand the masaage industry or why getting a happy ending is illegal. So I don't think he did anything wrong asking or making a move. I don't think that is harassment. I believe that a vast majority of men feel the same way. Just part of the experience.

If women don't want to get "harrassed", rubbing oil on a naked man in a sensual way is not the way to avoid it..

Well then they are lying...all 25!

He should have gone to trial instead of settling 20 cases. He just wasted a lot of money.

Or maybe, just maybe settling was cheaper than going to trial that many times.

You sound like an Unsub for sure.

Making someone uncomfortable in a sexual way, like Watson did repeatedly, is text book sexual harassment.

He's definitely rapey/grabby, but I don't love the NFL making moral judgment calls on suspensions where there is no criminal case. But, optics are what they are, I get it.

Are you actually waiting for the US court system to define and defend morality? Good luck with that.

I agree with you. If he ain't in jail, he should play.

I'm trying to figure out who looks worse:
Watson or Trevor Bauer?

And as a paid professional athlete, did Watson not have any game to where he could date as many women as he wanted anyway.

Look, the massage trade has been scrutinized for a long time and I think we all know what goes on in this profession. You do have some reputable massage businesses out there as well. One woman who was a victim and likely saw a payday opened the floodgates for any masseuse that Watson used.

Good point. The NFL is a business.
