100% criminal if it happened. I don't think that case was one of the ones settle or has it gone to the grand jury.

I cleaned pools and delivered pizza in college. People exposed themselves and made overtures all the time (not ones i wanted to unfortunately). Was all of that illegal?

What specific evidence makes you believe it was less than 25? Not a guess, based on evidence, what is the actual # you arrived at that you believe?

This is actually half-truth because the conduct from a sexual harassment can be considered criminal.

True...but I don't consider repeated off colored joke the same as rape. Both would be considered a Civil Violation and one would be also criminal.

So yes...technically you are correct. I was speaking on Watson's action specifically

I've legit said over and over and over and over that I have no clue if he 100% did it and if he did, with how many of the 25, so why are you asking me that question?

I don't know, like I've said all along.

Where is the criminal case?

Buzbee on what happened

quote:

“I had no idea that the assistant district attorney was regularly corresponding with Deshaun Watson’s lawyer by email and text; I didn’t know that the assistant district attorney actually went to Hardin’s office to discuss the cases; I didn’t know that Watson’s lawyer provided a PowerPoint that was to be used before the grand jury,” Buzbee said in a statement. “I didn’t know, but now know after speaking to the investigating officer under oath, that the police investigation team was convinced that Watson had committed more than ten sexual crimes, or that the ADA has prevented the investigating officers from talking to the women who had filed lawsuits but had not filed criminal complaints.

“And what I do know is that, of the multiple criminal complainants in Houston, only one was asked by the ADA to appear in front of the grand jury, even though other victims were standing by to do so. As a taxpayer, and more importantly as the advocate for these women, I feel ‘home towned’ in my own home town, and duped. I think the public and all interested were duped as well. Makes you wonder. … Thank God for the civil justice system.”

Sure sounds like a DA friendly w/the Texans and Watson tanked the investigation.

That all may be true, but you certainly should not believe it is true solely because Buzbee said it's true. He was a well known sleazy Houston lawyer well before this case popped up.

You definitely seem to be implying the 25 number is high. How can you be sure there are women who aren't coming forward and the real number of victims is higher?

If you're just trying to figure it out based on "evidence", why are you so slanted toward it being lower?

I'm trying to figure out who looks worse:
Watson or Trevor Bauer?

IMO, Bauer is getting railroaded because he was one of the main guys who went public with sticky stuff accusations (while acknowledging he used it himself in 2020 to make a point). That story is the very definition of a money grab by the girl too.

You really have to ask this question?

Go stand on College drive and start flashing people...you will find out the answer pretty quickly.

I think Bauer is probably an actual POS, but in this case that just made him a convenient target.

Implying? Does anything think that # is actually low?

Holy shite dude, it seems no matter how many times I tell you "I don't know" you will keep replying about how I'm "so sure" about this case. What are you talking about right now?

That conduct is despicable. I do not know if that conduct happened with 1 or 5 or 25 girls.

So now it's 60 women, and coincidentally all 60 did not call the police?

Seems odd, that's all I'm saying.

quote:

Facts are that a bunch of women made accusations. That's very damning.

Also facts are that some of those lied to jump on the gravy train AND one of the 25 or 60 or whatever the # is went to the police or want to see Watson tried in a criminal trial. That's a pretty big red flag or just facts that really make you question the 1st fact.

That's basically it.

This you?

Yeah, you sound like a guy who is just a fact-finder. Just really digging to get the truth, not agenda or slant at all

If someone else makes a point based on context, its "we need evidence"

If you do it, we get a "seems odd"

Yes, are you trying to make a point? If so, I don't see it.

Saying I don't blindly believe all 25 women does not mean I believe all 25 women are lying.

Also, we know some of the women were lying, there are texts to prove it, so there is that too.

Yeah, I'm not surprised at all that you don't.

What specific evidence leads you to not believe them?

You want evidence for others beliefs but not your own. Typical.

I don't blindly think they're all lying either, so why aren't you asking me about that?

I also answered part of that, but you conveniently ignored it

Tell me why do you believe all 25?

What are you talking about? You're legit not making any sense.
