Yes.

Just go ahead and say 100% because y'all aren't changing your minds either, no matter they circumstances.

FBI has already proven, when it comes specifically to Trump, that they will doctor a federal document to get what they want.

If Trump shows his first, and it's different from the one the judge signed off on,
it strengthens any "FBI is corrupt" argument for him, in my opinion... i'm just talking about the court of public opinion here...

I couldn't imagine being in a courtroom, being accused of a crime, and me have to present my case to the judge before the accuser did. That's asinine

this is a bad analogy... Trump already has all the evidence he's being accused of, with the receipt list... that's all they can accuse him off, b/c that's all they recovered... if it's to the level of a national security risk, that's bad and the warrant and raid are totally justified... if it's about dinner plans with Boris Johnson or some other stupid shite, then the warrant and raid are not justified, in my opinion...

You really buy everything you read in the media don’t you.

We’ve seen all kinds of accusations in the media for all kinds of things that Trump has supposedly done. Tomorrow there will probably be another person “close to the investigation” that pushes another story.

You are losing your mind because he won’t behave the way you want him to. It is quite entertaining.

Relax, but don’t get your hopes up. Like I said, the warrant isn’t going to be the smoking gun that you expect.

did they? they put those documents in MAL?

Ummmmm, how do you think all of that shite got transported from Washington to Florida? They don’t just rent a UHaul and a couple of dudes to help move. It’s 100% government organized when presidents move out of the White House.

The burden of proof is on the accuser in this country. The accuser should present their case first. Let's see what they have. Affidavit. Warrant. Inventory. Everything.

The DOJ better have an ironclad case for skipping subpoenas and going straight to a search warrant in this circumstance or they are going to face serious blowback.

The people who think Trump packed those boxes himself are the same ones who were convinced that he had a 1099 from Putin Enterprises, Inc. stapled to a 1040 form.

skipping subpoenas

umm... they didn't... he was served with subpoenas, and he did comply and give stuff back, but apparently, as the FBI was informed by someone in Trump's inner circle, not everything, thus the action Monday...

6 years later with zero shred of evidence and now all of a sudden they have evidence? They’ve had less evidence than fraud in our elections.

Who said this? The guy in charge of it all spoke yesterday and nothing like this was in anything he said.

They should have the supporting documents posted first.

show the sham it was. Not that the left would care or the media.

The search warrant documents have nothing to do with "planted evidence" unless you think there will be claims the documents themselves were planted.

Now what they claim to have found during the search is a different issue.

Who said this?

Team Trump themselves... they claimed they were complying with a subpoena they received in June, at which time they were told better secure an area, which they also claimed they did... to their credit, they did apparently better secure the area, and they did comply, somewhat, with the subpoena... i believe it was Solomon that first reported about the June subpoena...

there's also a subpoena for security footage of the area that was tasked to be better secured, though i'm not sure what ever came of that...

"apparently"

The FBI was at MAL in June. What did Trump have now that they didn’t have access to back then?

Like I said, let's see the affidavit, warrant and inventory. Let's see what the FBI knew and when they knew it.

If Trump was already provided a copy of the warrant and of the receipt from the FBI after the items were collected, then why can’t Trump just release it himself right now?

Because it would be ILLEGAL for Trump to release the documents because the warrant is UNDER SEAL which is why both sides need the judge to release it
