The irony is your John Deere will promptly be eaten by rodents of unusual size now that you've killed the one thing that could have kept them in check. And then after they eat your tractor they're going to eat your front door, then eat your face off while you sleep. Nice job.

How many beads?

Besides selling them to snake handling churches when we were kids we would also peel the skin off and watch their hearts beat for over an hour after we killed them. Crazy.

Canebrake. 100 %.

I see it’s dead or mortally wounded. It can still hurt you. Be very careful of the head when disposing of it. I generally cut the head off first and then pick it up. Preferably bury the head. Or put it in an ant pile.

Rattlesnake ID in the southeast is pretty simple. There's only three.

Diamond pattern on the back is a Diamond Back.

Spots/Blotches is Pygmy.

Charlie Brown T-Shirt is Timber/Canebrake.

All of them will frick you up.
