Worst airline I've used, even worse than Spirit.
Mike Iaconelli just had a horrible experience with Air Canada so I guess they're awful as well.

Better than Spirit or Southwest lately. I've had more delays and cancellations in the last 6 months with Southwest than I've had the last 10 years of flying.

I'm flying jet blue next week. First they moved up the only direct flight 6.5 hours totally killing a day of plans. Then apparently I have the fare with no carry on. Not even an option to buy so we have to check our luggage x5.
I hate the bag rules now but I guess it's what I get for going with cheapest direct flights.

Spirit isn't bad if you pay extra and get in the first few rows. The back where the really cheap seats are gets rowdy.

I think the gate attendants figured that the consequences of telling that particular group of folks to throw away their BBQ and wings outweighed whatever compliance rules they needed to follow.

I flew American yesterday to come out to San Diego. Absolutely no issues.

As long as you don't get the 1st delay notice, you're golden on American. But as soon as that flight is delayed the one time, it all goes to shite. Just say its cancelled. Quit stringing me along.

I took an American flight to OHare at the start of the month and it wasn't bad. The Spirit flight back was much smoother TBH. Both flights were in the AM and direct.
