Speaking of pulled pork, what are some of your go-to dishes with pulled pork?

My favorite is pulled pork chimichangas. They must be made with a Carolina bbq sauce. We based them off TJ Ribs chimichangas

We also make pulled pork Mac & cheese, pulled pork stuffed sweet potato, and of course sliders with Hawaiian rolls

Pulled pork loaded fries is my guilty pleasure.

I'm smoking a pork butt tomorrow. Keep the suggestions coming. I'm always tryign to find leftover ideas for pulled pork.

I smoke two at a time and vacuum wrap in 1.5lb bags, then freeze. We pull a bag out for dinner.
Another one we do are Cuban sandwiches

Pulled pork quesadillas are quick and delicious. Cover it with spicy salsa and a touch of sour cream. Fantastic.

Add to a tomato sandwich (no BBQ sauce). Just white bread, mayo, pork, tomatoes, salt and pepper, lots of pepper.

The Cajun Ninja's baked Mac and cheese recipe is an awesome side for pulled pork

I’d think that the pulled pork sweet potato is weird, but whenever I do pork chops or pork tenderloin, I generally always do it with sweet potato. Thats an idea id like to try.

Make the potato savory, not sweet, because the pulled pork should be slightly sweet.
