So we just bought a used Ram Truck at work and the previous owner spilled milk on one of the seats. (vinyl floors) We are about to try baking soda and 50/50 water and vinegar. Do you guys have any other suggestions?

Ozone?
My cousin put a couple of deer in the trunk of a civic without a tarp. Stunk pretty bad but one of those ozone generators helped a lot.

Baking Soda on the seats and leave overnight
Change cabin air filter after spraying vent cleaner in the interior and exterior vents
Use a product on the interior that kills any bacteria with active oxygen agents. I use Ammo products on my vehicles interiors and they smell great.

Ozone machine. Close the doors and let it run in there for 24 hours.

I used baking soda and vinegar in a vehicle I spilled shrimp juice in.

Rug Doctor cleaner rental from the grocery store with the wand attachment.
Bought the wife a used minivan years ago, and it had a stink. We used one of those grocery store rental vacuums over the seats, headliners, and carpet. It took a day to dry out completely, but the smell was gone.

If your vehicle is insured I would recommend using gasoline and a match.

My sister used my mom's toyota avalon (new at the time) a few summers ago while my parents were on vacation. She left a ziploc of frozen redfish in the back seat in July and it sat for almost a week. Long story short we had to end up pulling the carpet and seats out of the car to get the smell out. It was horrific.

Get an Ozone Generator off Amazon
They have smaller ones under 100.00 & I was amazed at how well they worked in a closet where it smelled like the cat used it regularly as a litter box & a car that had been smoked in for years

In addition to what has already been recommended, some crushed up charcoal in small open containers helps with any residual smell. Had to do this when some milk leaked out in one of our vehicles once.

I see a lot of ozone suggestions, and I've seen that before online. I've seen that in reference to getting the cigarette smell out of cars.
How does one go about getting an ozone generator? I don't have any particularly stinky vehicles, but I do own a couple older ones, and would love to get a "full refresh" on them.
I have an old (1999) Chevy Silverado, I just had the tranny rebuilt a year ago. Almost 300k on it before that was needed. I work and make decent money, but the price for new is so astronomical that it was a no-brainer to go that route instead.

My company just bought it for our work fleet. The dealership tried (or they claim they tried) to get the smell out.

Try the OboBan, you get it at Walmart by the gal.
Used it on my Suburban after my Ex-wife spilled a 55Q ice chest with shrimp juice in it. It works!
