Perfect example was the death of Steve McNair. Broke here first. With the exception of the tiny regional news station who had the story. We have posters all over the country and world really.

Absolutely. I never watch Main Stream Media anymore. I can barely watch local news. I can't click on the shitty advocate. This is the best place to come for news.

For the most part, yes.
But here in the last couple of years, I find myself having to dig through more and more bullshite to find decent info.
With that said, there’s no another site I’ll go to for hurricane information. The guys that post here during hurricane season are top notch. The only meteorologist I hold higher is Fradella. And I’m fairly sure he posts here. If he doesn’t, he absolutely reads it.
