Just imagine needing 300 lbs of ice to load the boat to go fishing

Oh and don’t forget the 300 gallons of no ethanol gas

Bought a box of Mandas sausage lately? It’s down to 3 lbs now, I think.

The chicken sandwiches at McDonald's are barely the size of a chick (bird not female).

KFC and Chick-Fil-A have real sized birds. The latter is a dollar cheaper in this area (of course, you hope you don't get a craving on Sundays).

It’s even cheaper to drink water from the tap, but that probably depends on whether you want to do that where you live. I do.

How many refrigerators don't have a filtered water dispenser nowadays?
$30-40 for a filter every year or so, and you have all the clean tasting water you want cold at your whim.

Taco Bell is down to a basic menu now.
No more fried chicken tacos, no more california burritos, grande burrito, steak burrito.
Just shite, less of it, but more expensive.

Even the Grande package, they raised the price 2.00 then took 2 items off of the normally 10 item package.

A gallon of sweet tea is now 4.00 at walmart.
Waffle House took the 1.00 Hamburgers off the menu.
My love of fast cheap food. Is no longer cheap and gone.
Pope eyes is 8.00 for a 2 piece.
Canes chicken just got smaller and more expensive

Milk was actually cheaper in 2021 than 1995, based on inflation data

It was overpriced at $10, IMO.

A couple months ago I decided to try a fish filet from McDondalds. I was thinking maybe they improved it some since the last time I ordered one maybe 10 years ago.

It was tiny. The "fish" patty was no more than 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. It was on a happy meal size bun and the bun was still way to big for it.

Tasted awful too.

Noone gives a shite about the price of milk in Jan 2021 when inflation was less than 2% and was a little over $3/gallon, nor is it relevant today. A year and a half later, it's getting close to $4.50/gallon nationwide and still going up. I'm quite sure at this point the inflationary cost relative to 1995 is moot.

Noticed some fresh "shrinkflation" at costco today.
They haven't even updated the price tag.

Yep, it's gonna get hilarious. I just went to grab a monster at QT and they've switched to all the 12 oz cans.
