season 3 was just awful. It's just the same thing over and over again now, with a shitload of 80's member berries sprinkled in. And the kids are all old as shite now.

That has nothing to do with your original statement and doesn't change the fact that the show has an endgame. No one here is saying the endgame is a good one because no one here has seen it yet. However, it is an endgame nonetheless.
