Wow. Another awesome day…this really hasn’t aged well. Knew I should have taken a 2nd mortgage out and put into SPY calls the minute I saw this thread.

This may be a bit of an Indian Summer, with another 10-12% decline ahead before we hit bottom. Large cash position here though. So rather than trying to time the bottom, we're doing incremental buying in at this stage. Large cap tech and quality banks among others, with long term horizon.

People are saying that bc at that level we will be so oversold that smart investors will start using leverage to go long. It’s possible but the rally this week may make the sentiment change and rush back in.

I told my dad two days ago the market has another 10% to go. My 401 is all cash. I did make some buys this week for swing trades

He’s like a dukke v (Peej) alter.

Peej’s specialty of 180°-out correctness is in (perfectly incorrectly) predicting Tropical Weather.

I’m buying to the bottom of this puppy.

Has Huss inadvertently ended up calling the market bottom at 5/18? Is that what happened in this thread?

No. Typically the behavior of this board turns to all caps "WHY HASN"T THE FED DONE SOMETHING TO STOP THIS?" as their paper wealth evaporates. Limit down days cause the best melts.
