today. Not sure what to do. Maybe meatballs, maybe big arse hamburgers?
What else? I don't want to freeze it, I want to cook it and quantities don't really matter. I'll feed the neighbors since I'm going out of town tomorrow.
Give me a menu.

I'd use fattier meat for meatballs or burgers, but that's just me.

So I should throw away the meat I already have and go buy some 80/20?

I'd freeze some of it. That's a lot of ground beef to make just one of something.
But a few obvious ideas:
burgers
meatballs
meat sauce
chili
stuffed bell peppers
hamburger steak
lasagna
I'd go with lasagna if I wasn't trying to lose weight

Spaghetti sauce or chili or dirty rice, something that supplies the moisture you will need. My wife actually found 95/5 ground beef, it is unusable accept in a sauce. I will use 85/15 to keep her from nagging at me, that makes pretty good burgers, if you don't overcook.

Think I might do a big lasagna or a couple of small ones.
I wouldn't mind a chili but I'll wait until it cools off some and I also use chili grind and not regular grind for chili. I like the texture. Regular grind just falls apart.
I find 90/10 cooks real well and I love it for burgers. Cook to medium rare and it is moist. I find 80/20 is too much fat.
