Found this in my moms closet. Small T cup size. Where can I get a value and or possibly sell it?

I imagine a T cup is really damn big. I’m sure some weirdo on the Internet would want to buy it. And why are you playing with your Mom’s bras?

I can't make a judgement off those pics.

You didn’t post pics
Replacements.com is a place to start if you know the brand, should be able to find pattern info
Find an antique consignment shop but in my recent experience after going through my grandparents house that stuff isn’t worth much, maybe a hundred dollars

Unless it was owned by a Royal or an extremely important person in history, typically fine china sets aren't really worth much of anything.
Back in the day, EVERYONE got china for their wedding. Now-a-days, no one uses fine china and it just takes up space. So, they have millions and millions of fine china sets out there that no one really uses or wants. So, the value of china is basically just as a decoration or paper weight.
Or, at least that's what the Antiques Roadshow taught me.

Find the Maker's Mark and go from there.
CSB: The condo we rented in Gulf Shores last year had some antique china from Pre-WW2 Japan that was worth like $10k (it was a full set with like 60 something pcs) according to some antique website I looked it up on. I thought it was crazy the owners left something that valuable stored in their condo they rent out to strangers.

Replacements is a good start but keep in mind their prices are usually twice as much as what it usually sells for on ebay.
Their visual search is amazing though. Click on the camera in the search bar and take a picture and it will probably be able to pull a maker and/or pattern name.

Because it’s the small T cup size. Very small.

I have a set I have lugged through 4 moves. We have never used it and I think we only unpacked it once. My wife wants to get a china cabinet so we can display it, but still never use it.

Wife got two boxes of China from a distant relative they nobody else wanted after they passed away. It's been sitting in the garage for almost 10 years. It won't ever come out of the boxes, but I can't convince her to get rid of it.

China is not the preferred nomenclature.

Make some coffee and drink it out it and call it a day.
