Damn I had such high hopes for their relationship. If they couldn't live in peace who can?

anyone else mention its weird that someone who is an assistant director for a county correction facility would be able to retire at the age of 56?

Most if not all public service jobs have early retirement ages due to stress and age to actually continue to perform at the job. I’ll be retired before 54 after 30 years of service. If I’d used my military time it could have been 51. 30 years of service is pretty much the mandatory “advised” tour of duty in public service. So she probably hired on little later in life and her 30 years were up. Take that into consideration for her choices too. Leaving public service after 30 years especially if you enjoy it is a real mental hurdle for most. Could have added to her obvious case of crazy bitch syndrome.

Apparently they just wanted to go to Evansville, Indiana

The last time I did my research Uruguay, Brunei, Maldvies, Montenegro, & Moldova had a better criminal escape success rate than Evansville, Indiana.

The interview on the news from the eyewitness is classic. These 2 are even dumber by the detail.

Casey White walking around with short sleeves not hiding the tattoos. Eyewitness noticed that.

Spending the night in the self car wash in Indiana with a TN tag, open to all kind of suspicion. Eyewitness also noticed that.

Well now there's not gonna be anything for the mothers in Lexington, AL to talk about at travel ball practice. I enjoyed hearing about this soap opera.

I mean, in this case, sure- since she seems like she was about a taco short of a combination plate… But in general, there are a ton of reasons why someone would ‘be able to retire’ at 56, or even at 46.. maybe they planned and invested well from an early age.. or maybe they inherited money, or had some other type of windfall.. or numerous other ways.. . not everyone lives paycheck to paycheck .

I just saw this story and I was coming to bring it to tOT, and to my surprise, there's already a 19-page topic already

In any case, this story sounds like it'll be a great, terrible LifeTime movie.

I believe she was a widow so might have had some insurance money from the deceased husband to live on

You are correct. Her husband died a few months back.

He was already looking at death row without or without her involvement. That's why he was in jail in the first place. So what does it really matter if he tries to pin it all on her?

She had been seeing Casey for a couple years. Maybe they should check up on this death, just in case.
