So….. a corporation is running the fire, police, sewer, and everything else for an area. The state decides that they have an unpopular opinion on a particular subject so they take over those operations from the corporation. How is that not nationalization? Perhaps there’s another term that’s more suiting? If so, please tell me what it is.

Come on. Why you feel the need to act like your not a Democrat supporting liberal? Just own it because faking it is not doing anything to help you. At least then you would have some credibility to your ppint of view.
As for your initial question, Disney had a special arrangement that pretty much made them their own government within the state of Florida. When they decided to act as an opposing government within the state of Florida they chose to use their special status as a weapon against the rest of the citizens of Florida who by a majority vote elected the Florida government and supports the policies of the government representatives they elected.
Disney chose to act out against the elected government that and that government responded. Democrat run states and liberal run companies have been doing far worse than what Florida just did to Disney against people and companies that have done absolutly nothing unlawful or unethical. Example. CA mandated that government employees could not travel to Florida or other conservative states because CA opposed the political policies of those states. CA targeted private firms for retribution if they participated in the Trump administration policy to build border walls. Liberal run banks targeted and closed accounts of conservative supporting companies for no other reason than they oppose thier political views. These companies were not engaged in illegal or unethical acts. Conservative businesses were targeted for financial destruction for no other reason than they were conservatives. This was the start of "cancel culture" that was initiated as a liberal weapon to silence opposing views.
All these acts occurred after the 2016 election and I am sure you can provide your posts in opposition to all these liberal acts to us today, right?
