Whoever created these routes

I-18 straight from South LA to DFW would be clutch

No IC engine will ever travel those proposed highways.

I appreciate your optimism. But I see an interstate in Ferriday.

And BR still doesn’t have a loop?

There’s pretty much a zero chance that any of those projects ever happen. The Louisiana portions anyway.

A) Do you really need an insterstate to Fourchon?

B) If so, why not just continue 55 south from LaPlace and catch Hwy 1 around Raceland or just continue 310 south through Des Allemands and catch that same route?

I-27 through Big Spring instead of Midland is correct.

RIP anyone that needs to drive I-14N to Sterling City

I feel like we may be approaching an era with less cars on the road. People will get back to having one family car. Cars will be parked randomly about town and used on an on demand basis, like those scooters.

This wouldn’t really affect interstate travel though.

I-14 I would think stands the best chance. Texas has at least started moving forward with this already.

I-69 was originally supposed to go through Monroe which would have been a straight line. Then Clinton got elected and then somehow it took a turn through South Arkansas.

That will tell you how long the planning has taken on that interstate.

Let's spend less time with time-consuming meetings talking about hwys and drawing them on maps and more time with actual construction.
