No. I want to punish crime when it is committed to deter it and also want to stop killing babies because people have not been taught how to be responsible.

Btw if Einstein was in school today, he would be separated from the other kids but not in a honors program, it would be special Ed. Hell Isaac Newton had a teacher tell him he was "unteachable."
What academia including the psuedo genius who did this "study" fail to understand is no piece of technology and no government can save some one from themselves.
