While cyclists have as much right to the road as motor vehicles, it is still illegal to impede traffic. You can't just do 30 mph on a highway and block traffic. That goes for motor vehicles as well. By law, cyclists are required to pull over and let cars pass.

welcome! Not sure why vehicles that travel at 60+ mph are forced to share our roads with a vehicle that tops out at 20

Do you also get angry at golfers that dress up like they're on the PGA tour?

Most people that complain about cyclists have wasted more time reaching over their gut to tie their shoes than cyclists will cause them to waste in 10 lifetimes.

It was fun cursing at one of those nerds riding in the middle of the road and completely avoiding the bike lane that runs alongside that very road.

Welcome to the good side.

And it’s not that I have anything against bikes or cyclists I general. Only the ones that obstruct traffic.

I don't remember what the ride is called but in BR they ride on Friday nights and seriously act like they own the road. Hundreds of them riding and one will get to an intersection and stop vehicles...this will make you want to run them over

Cyclists all over my small Hill Country town this spring. Last week, this bitch rider wouldn't move over causing me and another car to cut it close going past him in a 45 mph zone due to oncoming traffic. I looked back and wannabe Lance Armstrong was squirting water on the car behind me that went past him. That's a bitch move especially when he had about 10 feet on asphalt on the right side of him (empty parking zone that time of day).

I've got no problem with cyclists. I just don't want to come up on one after he/she has been killed, and I certainly don't want to be the one killing them.

And riding single file on a two lane road with a speed limit of 50 mph in a touristy beach town, on a warm weather weekend, with every idiot on the road looking at the gulf or for their rental house is a good way to get killed.

I get it, its all legal and it can be a blast and great exercise. But I have been in 2 fender benders in the last ten years. They were due to simple inattention, neither my fault and thankfully neither were that serious. The problem is each one of the them would've killed or seriously injured a cyclist.

While I will do my best to be considerate to cyclists, it shouldn't be my responsibility to not hit you, it should be on you to not put yourself into a position to get hit.

Douche bags ride 3 wide against the yellow line then yell and flip you off when you don’t give them 3 feet on a small roads with no shoulder.

I’ll never understand how they have been allowed to keep using roadways for recreational purposes

My brother’s back is in bad shape and hurts all the time. With that said, I believe he would fire up so much his pain would be over-ridden and he’d go apeshit on one of those cyclists hogging the road and seeming to ignore the horn or blinking headlights.

He hates them so much. They hog the road but don’t pay taxes on the bike using the road as vehicles do.

I am neutral in that it doesn’t bother me unless there is an emergency, and then I may have to….you know…….get mad and take action.

Cyclists take first place...always because they absolutely think the laws don't apply to them...until the large hurdling hunks of sheet metal come to close or hit them. Then it's all about the laws. #sharethesenuts

Second place is small children/teenagers in fricking golf carts. I'm gonna run over them because they don't stop at stop signs. Braxton and Karlee won't be able to corner the baseball/softball world in a wheel chair.

I don't road bike, but you're actually the one who sucks.

Cant agree more. These people are acting like they are trying to set new records for every route out there.

They are arrogant too about cycling.

When I hear about them getting hit or run over. I dont feel bad for them. Its seems like more dangerous than riding a motorcycle.

Read the state driving laws of your responsibility toward cyclist. Maybe u shouldn't have driver's license.
