Durham investigation disclosures to the public. Trump was put on notice and statute of limitations began to run only when that previously sealed information was filed into the public record.

What is pro-hac vice?
Pro hac vice is a legal term for adding an attorney to a case in a jurisdiction in which he or she is not licensed to practice in such a way that the attorney does not commit unauthorized practice of law.

As just posted. Trump is suing for $21,000,000,000 plus punitive---- Neustar, jury trial.
Can you explain why Neustar pays, but the rest listed are in the clear of payment?

quote:There is nothing ironic here other than your own conflicted position. You claim "Russiagate" is "bullshite", yet you simultaneously claim Trump is trying to "manufacture an angle" to bring its falsity to light. Now THAT is irony.
This is ironic because
quote:Is it?
The election fraud bullshite is just the exact same “we can’t accept the legitimate results produced by the election” as Russiagate.
Because "Russiagate" has been proven false at every level. That fact hasn't seen light of day in the MSM ... yet.
So with regard to 2020 election fraud, you contend for example that court findings of thousands and thousands and thousands of illegal votes in WI did not occur?
Are you saying that Raffensperger has finally audited the Fulton County Voting Machine Facility where 100's of thousands of defacto counterfeit ballots were created?
Are you saying the Wayne County Michigan issues are cleared?
Are you saying there were not thousands and thousands of VBM signatures which did not match in AZ?
------
Because unless those are your contentions, and you have facts to back them up, there is no comparison between 2016 Russia accusations, and 2020 election fraud occurrences.

It should be apparent by now anyone who the Huff Post, Vanity Fair or Corporate MSM in general cites as a “legal expert” is simply a partisan hack and doesn’t actually know their own arse from a hole in the ground.

I guess it has if you ignore the entirety of the Senate Intelligence Committee Report and the Mueller Report and Paul Manafort.
Sure, the pee pee tape is and was nonsense, but there’s plenty of footsie with the Russians by Trump and his campaign.
Truth is both the Democrats and the Republicans were ok with getting in bed with Russia if they thought it gave them an edge over the other guy.

I understand the push to make judges partisan and political actors based on who appointed them, but it’s really just not that big of a deal. This judge will still be subject to the appellate court’s jurisdiction and will rule based on precedent in that Circuit or be reversed later on.
If you truly believe this, that this judge will rule fairly.............wouldnt the fair and honorable thing be for him to recuse HIMSELF for fear of bias? After all, if the case has no merit another judge will rule it so, correct....am I right??????. Makes one wonder if he truly is biased does it not?

No need in ignoring them. They all cleared Trump. The issue isn't whether or not Russia tried to influence the election like they always do, rather that they painted Trump as a Russian plant.

The contention was (it is no longer), that Russian miscreants were infiltrating the 2016 Trump campaign, that they were exerting influence on Trump. That would surely serve as a national security concern. How many times was Trump warned by Comey's creeps? How about Jeff Sessions who had to recuse do to manufactured involvement. How many times did the FBI brief Sessions?
The Steele Dossier served as foundational for the Russian Hoax. How did Mueller's interview of Steele go? I'm having trouble recalling it. How about Steele's testimony before the Senate "Intelligence" Committee, how did that go? I'm having trouble recalling it.
What specifically are you under the impression was established as truth in the Russian hoax?

These same experts said Trump would go to prison right after Biden’s inauguration.

Peter ticktin is a well known foreclosure defense attorney. He made a boatload of money post 2008’in south Florida fighting banks. He’s local counsel and I doubt he plays any part in RICO litigation. Probably plays golf with Trump.

Truth is the Russian Hoax was a conspiracy between Obama, Hillary, and the DNC and I’m glad Trump’s going after them with everything he has for this shite those assholes put our country through, I’m pulling for him.

If I was elected I’d expose everything crooked. Trump was trying to do that.
I may have crosshairs on me many times, but I would expose everything. They say a president cannot speak on MSM, but if all of it were to harm the US about the corruption, it would be a emergency message that supposedly the MSM HAS to broadcast. This will need to be done in my opinion. If you want your message out you, have to call it a humanitarian emergency. Frick. At this point use some of their rules against them.

Speaking of facts to back them up, how about you providing facts to back up the specific claims you made:
Wayne County - issues;
Wisc. - thousands of illegal votes;
Fulton County - counterfeit ballots; and
AZ - thousands of VBM signatures which did not match.
I don't understand why you think you don't have to provide backup, buy expect others to do so.
